San Félix - Official place

In Medellin route - San Pedro, is located the headquarters of Paragliding Medellin, here is the official place for flights.

 

Only 40 minutes from downtown Medellin, with excellent road and municipal transport buses, you can quickly reach the take off ramp of San Felix, and enjoy a wonderful experience.

 

Beautiful scenery, cool climate, productive land, friendly people, all this is part of the route that you can live to visit.

How to get there: San Felix is located 25 km from Poblado area and 18 km from Laureles, transport time and cost varies according from where and how to travel. By bus from the bus terminal TERMINAL DEL NORTE, less spensive more time to get there. one hour and half or more. The cost of the metro ticket  is $2.000 pesos, per person, the cost  from terminal to San Felix by bus is $5.000 pesos. There is a bus every 20 minutes from san felix to the Nort Terminal.

 

If you're in Poblado area you should take the Metro northbound  to the Caribe station then, get in to the North Terminal and go to the office N°11 Expreso Belmira, or this other company "San Pedro de los Milagros", any of those companies go to San Felix  tell the bus driver you want to get off in San Felix, "Restaurante Voladero" there are 2 stairs up to the take off ramps, ASK FOR RUBENFLY.

 

If you don't have too much time and you want to go more confortable, then i might recommend you my friend, he might go and pick you up at the, waite for you to do the activity and then take you back to your place or any other site in town, he is a person i can recommend of my trust.

 

To book your flight, it is best to call or send an email one day in advance to confirm reservation and to have information on weather conditions for the flight.

Road: Via bus, taxi or minibus (groups), Medellin has 2 bus terminals connecting the city with all domestic destinations.
